Account Rules
Provide accurate registration information. Keep credentials secure. No account sharing, reselling, or illegal use including attacks, spam, or copyright infringement.
Payment & Refunds
Pay fees per selected plan. Digital services are generally non-refundable once activated. Extended outages may qualify for discretionary credits — contact support.
Acceptable Use
No DDoS, port scanning, spam, or abuse. We may warn, restrict, or terminate accounts for violations without refund.
